2- 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
1/4-1 cup hot sauce (depending on how hot you want it)
1 cup diced celery
2 diced chicken breasts (or 2 cans of chicken)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Mix the first 3 ingredients until creamy. Add celery and chicken and a handful of the cheese. Scoop into a small baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until the cheese is melted and the sides begin to bubble. Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or bagel chips.

Toffee Apple Dip
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup Heath Bits
Mix together cream cheese and sugars until creamy and the sugar is mixed in well. Add the vanilla and mix. Refrigerate and stir in the heath bits shortly before you're going to serve it so it doesn't get soggy. Its great with Apples, strawberries, and other fruit!

White Texas Sheet Cake
Preheat oven to 375.
Bring to boil:
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup water
Remove from heat and mix with:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup sour cream
Pour into greased pan and bake for 20-22 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes before frosting.
Frosting:
Bring to boil:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup milk
add:
4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Mix well and pour on cake. Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts if desired.
